• In just over ten days our Global Time Attack will share the stage with Formula Drift at Road Atlanta, one of the world’s best road courses. Without further ado (because we hate ado) here’s everything you need to know about this super event.

Here is a complete schedule for the weekend. The Global Time Attack will have three full hours of dedicated track time throughout the weekend, which is more than enough time for drivers to make their record attempts. If any teams have not yet registered we urge you to do so as soon as possible. You can still register here.¬† Each team entrant will receive four passes. More passes are available at registration. Saturday’s ticket price is $25.00 and a two-day pass is $35.00. Tickets to the event are still on sale here. Unfortunately for any interested media outlets credential applications are closed. Because this is a Formula Drift event media demand is high and space fills up fast. However we will have results, images and a recap available¬†immediately after the event for all media and teams .

Since this is Formula Drift’s biggest event the paddock will be packed with some 15,000-plus spectators effectively making this the world’s largest time event ever. While there is no spectator camping during this Drift Atlanta weekend the paddock is open around the clock for the teams with security. Camping for the teams in the paddock is permitted.

This will be a massive weekend and in addition to the Formula Drift and Global Time Attack events there will be Formula Atlantic and F2000 races as well. As always we’ll have updates with times from each session on this blog in addition to our GTA Live! web broadcasts each day. We can’t wait to get to the ATL!
